On this website, LIST presents the Betriber&Emwelt platform activities. The objective of this website is to provide to companies up-to-date, and as accurate as possible, information related to the European and Luxembourgish environmental legislation.
Betriber&Emwelt platform provides Luxembourgish companies and public bodies with information on environmental issues for information purposes only. The regulations in force are the only legal references and the information provided in no way constitutes a legal basis. This information is provided "AS IS", without any express or implied guarantee as to its completeness or accuracy.

Betriber&Emwelt platform is ran by the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) on behalf of the Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Biodiversity and in partnership with the Environmental Administration.
